A flow gives your sales agent a goal and a customer entry point. Choose Sales to guide purchases or Collect leads to qualify leads for your team. Your workspace permissions and connections control the options that you can select.

Moshi can recommend and reorder flow types from your brand research and connection state.

Missing options

An option can be absent when your workspace lacks its permission. A Meta option can also show a connection gate. Ask your workspace owner to confirm access when an expected option is absent.
