New: Lead Closer
Follow up with shoppers who added to cart or reached checkout after Moshi sends their cart reminder. See their cart value, conversation, and remaining reply time in one place.
- Open Leads → Closer. Check cart values and reply timers. Leads in their final hour have a soft glow.
- Open a lead, review the conversation, and edit the draft. Add or adjust an offer, then press Send.
