# Choose a flow

> Choose what your sales agent helps customers do and how they reach it.

A flow gives your sales agent a goal and a customer entry point.
Choose Sales to guide purchases or Collect leads to qualify leads for your team.
Your workspace permissions and connections control the options that you can select.

## Select a goal

| Goal | Use it when | Moshi does |
| - | - | - |
| Sales | You want to promote products and drive checkout. | Moshi presents products and guides the shopper toward checkout. |
| Collect leads | You want to qualify people and hand them to your team. | Moshi collects details, asks questions, and supports a handoff. |

## Missing options

An option can be absent when your workspace lacks its permission.
A Meta option can also show a connection gate.
Ask your workspace owner to confirm access when an expected option is absent.
