# Troubleshooting

> Resolve connection, publishing, Simulator, and missing-option problems.

## A goal or flow type is missing

Workspace permissions control the available goals and channels.
Ask your workspace owner to confirm access.
Reload the builder after the permission changes.

## A Meta option is locked

Open the shown connection action and reconnect Meta.
Confirm that the selected Meta account has the required Instagram or ad access.
Return to the builder after the connection succeeds.

## Recent Instagram posts do not load

Reconnect Instagram and try again.
Confirm that the connected account has recent media.
Use another trigger scope when the selected post is unavailable.

## Publish is disabled

Review the message near Publish.
Complete the named connection or content requirement.

Check these common causes:

* The flow has no selected flow type.
* A Meta flow has no valid [Meta connection](https://docs.moshi.ai/integrations/meta.md).
* A sales flow requires a [Shopify connection](https://docs.moshi.ai/integrations/shopify.md).
* A lead collection flow has no valid form or conversational content.
* An Embedded Form has no contact field and no handoff.
* An incentive has no delivery method.

## Publishing fails

Keep the draft and read the failure message.
Correct the named requirement, then publish the same flow again.
Do not create a duplicate to bypass the error.

## The flow is absent from the Simulator

Look for a prepared flow in your account.
For a new flow, wait for publishing to finish.
Reload the Simulator and select the flow again.
Open the flow results page and use Open in Simulator when needed.

## Moshi does not reply in the Simulator

Confirm that the correct flow is selected.
Start a new conversation and send a short message.
Publish recent draft changes before you test them.

## The Simulator shows old content

Draft flow changes do not replace the configuration used by an existing Simulator flow.
After you publish the updated flow, start a new Simulator conversation.

## MCP asks you to reconnect

Remove the expired connection from your MCP client.
Add `https://mcp.moshi.ai/mcp` again and complete OAuth consent.
Select the correct organization during consent.

Use [MCP authentication](https://docs.moshi.ai/developer/authentication.md) for more checks.
