# Tools

> Find Moshi MCP tools by task and identify tools that change data.

The hosted MCP server shows customer tools to each authenticated organization session.
Moshi staff sessions can receive a separate internal tool set.

## Products and flow creation

| Tool | Access | Purpose |

| `get_products` | Read | Lists products for the organization. |
| `get_creatives` | Read | Lists available images and videos. |
| `upload_creative` | Write | Adds a creative from a URL. |
| `create_ad` | Write | Creates a Moshi flow. It can also create paused Meta objects after confirmation. |
| `get_flow` | Read | Gets one flow and its current state. |
| `export_flow_results` | Read | Exports results for one flow. |
| `poll_ad_status` | Read | Checks asynchronous flow creation status. |
| `get_organization_ads` | Read | Lists flows for the organization. |

The `ad` and `campaign` words in tool names are stable API identifiers.
Customer documentation uses `flow` for the Moshi experience.

## Simulator

## Brand knowledge

| `get_product_lore` | Read | Gets stored product knowledge. |
| `update_product_lore` | Write | Updates stored product knowledge. |

## Conversations

| `get_heatscore` | Read | Gets the current heat score for one conversation. |
| `list_heatscores` | Read | Lists high-priority conversations by heat. |

Conversation tools can return customer data.
Connect only clients that your organization trusts with that data.

## Moshi staff tools

Moshi super-admin sessions can receive internal operations and debug tools.
These tools cover organization management, connections, evaluations, prompts, personas, and developer proxies.
Customer sessions do not receive this internal tool set.
