# Build a flow

> Set your sales agent's goal, greeting, and customer path in the flow builder.

Build a flow that helps your sales agent guide a purchase or qualify a lead.
The flow builder shows configuration cards beside a live preview.
Your selections control which cards appear.

## Builder layout

The left rail contains the flow settings.
The preview shows how the current conversation can look.
The Moshi assistant can help with content and configuration.

**1. Select the goal**

Use Goal to select Sales or Collect leads.

**2. Select the flow type**

Use How leads reach Moshi to select a flow type.
The selection changes the available cards.

**3. Name the flow**

Give the flow a name that your team can identify later.

**4. Set the greeting**

Add the first message that Moshi sends in the conversation.

**5. Complete the stage cards**

Add the required content for the selected goal and flow type.
Review the preview after each main change.

## Common stage cards

| Card | Purpose |
| - | - |
| Goal | Sets sales or lead collection behavior. |
| Opening greeting | Sets the first Moshi message. |
| Products | Selects products for a sales flow. |
| Conversational questions | Adds questions for qualification or research. |
| Follow-up link | Sends a lead to a booking or follow-up page. |

Each flow type also adds its own cards.
An Embedded Form can show form, handoff, qualification, and follow-up settings.

The preview reflects draft content.
Use a prepared flow in the Simulator to test agent responses before launch.
Draft changes do not replace the configuration used by an existing Simulator flow.

## Assistant changes

Review every assistant change in the builder.
Confirm that the draft matches your brand and required customer path.
